Can I order just one item? (No Minimums?) +
Absolutely! Whether you want a single custom tote bag for yourself or 5 unique gifts for your best friends, we've got you covered. No order is too small for big ideas. Just hit "Add to Cart" and we'll handle the rest.
How do I get my design to you? +
Itโ€™s super easy. Look for the upload button on the product page. You can drag and drop your logo, photo, or artwork right there. We accept PNG and JPG files. If you have a specific vision, leave us a note at checkout!
What if I'm not a designer? +
No stress! You don't need to be a pro. Just upload a clear image of what you want. If your file is a bit blurry or needs a tweak, our design team will do their best to polish it up before printing. We want your gear to look amazing.

How do I request a formal quote for bulk orders? +
For orders exceeding 50 units or custom manufacturing requests, please contact our B2B team via the Contact Us page or email us directly. We will provide a formal quotation including tiered pricing and estimated production time within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept for corporate orders? +
We support standard corporate procurement workflows. We can issue a Commercial Invoice for your finance department. Payments can be made via:
  • Bank Transfer (Wire/ACH) for large amounts.
  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).
  • Wise (Recommended for international transfers with lower fees).
Do you offer "White Label" or Blind Drop Shipping? +
Yes. We can ship directly to your end-customers without any Anybigworks branding. We can also insert your own branded thank-you cards or packing slips upon request. Please specify this requirement when placing your bulk order.
Can I see a pre-production sample? +
Yes. For bulk orders, we strongly recommend ordering a physical sample first. If you proceed with a bulk order (>$1,000 value), the initial sample cost will be fully credited back to your final invoice.
๐Ÿšš Shipping & Logistics
Why isn't my tracking updating? +
Don't panic! For international air shipments, there is often a 2-3 day gap in updates while the package clears export customs and flies to the destination country. Once it lands (e.g., in the US) and is handed over to the local carrier (USPS/FedEx), tracking will update instantly.
Do you ship globally? +
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries.
  • Small Parcels: Shipped via Express Air (DHL/FedEx) or Standard Line.
  • Bulk Cargo: We offer Ocean Freight and Air Freight options (DDP terms available) to optimize your landed cost.
Will my items arrive in one package? +
Usually, yes. However, if you order a mix of "Ready-to-Ship" items and "Custom-Made" items, we may split the shipment to get the ready items to you faster. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.

What if my item arrives damaged? +
We pack carefully, but shipping accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please email us a photo within 14 days. We will arrange a Free Reprint or a Refund immediately. No need to ship the broken item back.
Can I return a custom product? +
Because custom items are made uniquely for you, we cannot resell them. Therefore, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. However, if the mistake is ours (quality issue), we take 100% responsibility.
